Game Review Double-Dip: The Questing Farmer Edition
Yes, I know I'm late with these. Still, better late than never, right? Two quickie reviews are dished up:  would-be Talisman killer World of Warcraft: The Adventure Game, and the German wunderkind, be-all-and-end-all, shit-eatin' good Agricola. Join us on our quest to be KING FARMER, and while we're at it, stop by "Booty Bay" for a little "bling." If that doesn't scream legalized prostitution, nothing does.

THE SHOPPING GUIDE TO RUNEBOUND SECOND EDITION
This is a wrapper article, linking all of the parts of the Runebound Shopping guide in one location. Hopefully these articles will assist you in sorting between Runebounds’ many expansions to find the ones most suited to your needs. I know it's early, but since was the nearest BGN column slot I had to Halloween I figured I'd spend the time over there talking about how to make a scary game. Boardgaming: Ashes of the Phoenix?
When it comes to hobbies, I essentially have two loves--boardgaming and videogaming.  If you're a long-time videogamer, it's hard to ignore some of the signs of the boardgaming industry, and the eerie parallels of the dark days of 1983-1984.

Cards as Swiss-Army Knives
Hey, let's talk a little bit about cards--specifically when they serve multiple-purposes in a game.

Y'know I always despair when I see gamers asking about what games they ought to throw in the boot of the car on their way out to a dinner party with people who don't game. The answer is invariably "none", and it's one of the few pieces of social advice I can dispence which I'm sure is correct at least 99% of the time.

Yes, it's true. I'm going to be writing for BGN as well as F:AT from now on.
