Don't Spoil it! #2 The Dark Knight Rises

Yes, yet one more spoiler type thread.  The effects were fantastic, some of the scenes will be etched in my memory for a long time.  However, there is one thing NO ONE has mentioned as of yet.  Do NOT watch this movie IF  (and I'll leave some space for those who REALLY don't want to be warned):

you are sensitive to acts of terrorism or to cops being shot.  At one point, cops are being killed like fish in a barrel.  Bane's acts of terrorism makes the Twin Towers look like a picnic.  Batman is and always has been a grim and depressing character.  My wife has seen all Chris Nolan's Batman movies, and was disturbed by the violence.  this is not typical cartoon movie superhero violence.  A TON of people get wiped out in this movie.  My wife's brother was a police officer, and she is sensitive to stuff that was being shown; I had to grip her hand during the "rough stuff".  Was I impressed?  Yeah.  Can I say I enjoyed it?  I'll enjoy commenting on the social messages of the film more as time passes by.
