In case you were caught unaware by last weekend's international break, this weekend has the Premier League back in full swing.  The deadline for this week is early morning for us in US of A, and late morning if your time zone is closer to the action.

Of particular note this week are some of the injuries picked up by star performers (and others).

Walcott is out for 6 weeks, just as he got into good form for Arsenal.

Defoe is out for 12 weeks, right after hitting a hat-trick for England.

Balotelli is out for up to six weeks as well, putting a further wrinkle in Man City's plans.

On the bright side, the last minute signings from transfer the transfer deadline all appear to be in.  I signed one myself, in fact.  Get your team locked in now, before you post a goose-egg for a score this week.  As they say "you don't win the League before Christmas, but you can lose it by then."
