Maybe I'm the only one who somehow missed this - but I just spent the time to read it and found it fascinating to learn how Christian started up FFG (comics! who knew!) and got his first game (TI) into publication.
It seems that it's writing around 2002 (?) and was collected from articles in the Rants section. I'd love to see an update since FFG really seems to be coming into their own and even more success than they've already enjoyed and earned.
The article really earns my respect for what he's done for us gamers. Simply inspirational.
That was a great read. You think he saw a great market for high quality AT board games and just went from strength to strength. It is surprising to see how tough he faught. I think almost anyone else would have given up on owning their own business before he did.
