Duh! Thanks for pointing out the bleeding obvious! Of course he wasn't meaning Twilight Imperium, he'd hardly describe that as "lesser known" would he? (I was trying to suggest that Imperium is probably more well known than he thinks.)

oops...sorry! It was completely foreign to me.

They named their group from the alien in the Day the Earth Stood still. I stuck it in there while researching the Space 4X thing. The tune just popped into my head and I couldn't get it out. Dating myself....a-gain.
