Yes! You have to be a sneaky git, keeping blips between the space marines and their objective so they can't move towards it freely, but also have enough left over to get around the space marine position to flank them or even come up from behind. Each blip is an average of two genestealers, but you can feign strength in an area by deploying a bunch of ones, and use your threes for the main assault. Closed doors and blind corners are your friend, you don't want to give the space marines any clear lanes of fire.

Also, the sergeants are very strong and will fuck you up. Try not to attack them head on unless you have a broodlord.

I just read several threads about alternative miniatures, so now I sort of want to buy the gutted, no-minis versions that were all over Ebay when this first came out, but they are nowhere to be found. I did see a pile of Genestealers for $37.50, however.

The pre order is now up ($150 CDN), along with separate purchases for a paint bundle and Mission files for Ultramarines, Space Wolves & Dark Angels .

Good lord. I'd love to do the whole thing but the game, White Dwarf, and hardback for $150 sounds fairly reasonable.

For 45$ you can get the rules extensions.

More like $345 for me...Since I don't have an iPad.

So an iBook would only be usable on an iDevice? Or would I be able to read those on a Kindle?

I like that the extra content can be purchased separately. I might just do that.
