X-Wing or Armada/BGG Crossover Would Be Dope

and all this talk about Battlelore 2.0 has me interested.

....and I saw "XWing Raider" and thought to myself, how bad ass would it be if they made an Armada crossover with BSG? Basestars launching wave after wave, Vipers and Raptors kicking ass and taking names, pilot cards with skills that matter....and FFG ~~ALREADY HAS THE LICENSE~~.

I doubt that Disney would ever let this happen. Certainly sounds like trashy fun, though. . .

People have been talking this since X-Wing first came out. I'd love to see an Armada single box release with everything needed included.

I'd play the hell out of that. With all those licenses FFG is well-positioned to hook us up with the board game version of the old Marvel "What If?" comics. WHAT IF a detachment of Clone Troopers chased a couple Jedi across Terrinoth? WHAT IF Sarumon got hold of a few Cylons, etc.
