The Shining - Print and Play

It's an old game but Mr. King was allegedly tied to its making.

This sounds completely bonkers. Wow.

I'm surprised there aren't more games based on King properties, tabletop, video or otherwise. I love a lot of his stuff, but King clearly has no qualms about optioning every single thing he writes to be made into an inevitably terrible movie. A board game or two would probably be an improvement.

Maybe 8 years ago, I took a look at this print and play game of The Shining. I had just finished putting together a different print and play game that I downloaded from BGG, and was looking for another possible project. Something about The Shining game didn't grab me, maybe the map, but I will take another look at it tonight.
