Wow.
This might make me rethink my desire for the Mage Knight Knockoff, primarily because I loathe Mage Knight.
Hoping they won't F it up. No details as of now, but it's GF9.
This could be the licensed game for the ages, or the game that torpedoes them.

I'm a Mage Knight fan, so of course I am interested in that version, but I'm also eager to hear more about this. I didn't really love GF9's Firefly, though, but generally they do make great games, so odds are it will be cool and a unique take on the property.

The thing that caught my eye was "GAME SERIES". It may be an episodic system or something, because they specifically said "SERIES". Very intrigued.

Interesting. Of course it could just be a game with an endless SERIES of expansions. Like FIREFLY.

I'm not a fan of how GF9 has expanded Firefly at all. Not much bang for the buck when it comes to the additional material outside of the bigger expansions (Blue Sun and Pirates & Bounty Hunters are both fine value).
It would be nice to have the other ships but I'm not going to support that bullshit system of them parceling content out into small packages just so I then would have to pay extra because they're separately packaged. It's pretty much a swindle.
