Totally new game, and if the rumors are to be believed, not really a Risk game. They might be using the name for brand recognition (as if SW wasn't enough).
It, like Queen's Gambit, depicts three battles going on all at once, in this case it's the end of ROTJ. You have the battle of Endor, the strike on the Death Star II, and the saber battle between Luke, Vader, and Palpatine.
Only strange thing we've heard so far is 30 minute play time. I could stand for a half hour shaved off of Queen's Gambit myself, but I hope this isn't TOO short.

Tons of reports of stores jumping the gun. You'll have to take a look around. My Target has completely stripped their Star Wars section.

I went to the midnight thing back in 1999...I was actually interviewed by the local news because I was first in line. I spent like $300 on Phantom Menace stuff. It was kind of nuts, people fighting over Darth Maul 12" figures.

Also, Loopin' Chewie has a Y configuration, it's 3 player only. Cost cuttng becuase they had to pay royalties to Disney, so cost had to come off to keep the price point the same.

Release date also Sept 4th for the Black edition?

No Target or B&N in the UK (or Europe) so you'll have to play it excessively on behalf of us lesser beings.

I didn't ask, but he didn't indicate otherwise.
