I like where they've decided to go. First 2-4 waves are a nice full basic game. Then make some other shit that's support, specialized or crazy for the next few waves for the die hards. Not essential.

Armada is infinitely more interesting than X-Wing. Especially after 11 waves where they're just making ships up as they go now.

This motivated me to unbox a couple ships (wave 1 and wave 2 repeats to fill out the options...) I got for Xmas. NEED to find an opponent for this...
