Presenting my game - Super Voxel Raiders [free PnP]

Hello. I'm a game design hobbyist, and I would like to share with you the last game I have designed: a free PnP game called Super Voxel Raiders.

It's an area control/ area influence cardgame in the vein as BattleLine or Smash Up. However, when all troops are deployed, instead of winning the fight by just comparing colors and numbers, in this game a real battle is fought, with attacks, defenses, damage tokens, special abilities... You have to recruit tactically viable parties (tanks and bruisers at the front, healers and rangers at the back...), also paying attention to the magic gem color costs, faction and alignment sinergies, and abilities and archetypes that counter your opponent's build. So, even if it uses an Euro foundation, it has been coated with a trashy layer of rpg battle resolution.

Super Voxel Raiders can be downloaded free at sinpagames.com/en/supervoxelraiders.php . It's a full-graphics, full-game, made for the love of it, with no caveats. It is also licensed under a Creative Commons in order to comply with its Creative Commons graphic assets.

In the world of Pixelia, Voxels are the key to an unknown dimension. The struggle for the control of these artifacts started with a war across the three main nations: the Redistan Rally, the Greenland Gathering, and the Bluelonia Brotherhood. Soon it escalated into a fratricidal war where loyalties lost their meaning.

Super Voxel Raiders is a cardgame that reproduces japanese role playing videogame battles (JRPGs) from the 90s. Players first recruit pixellated characters into three different territories, then a battle is fought in each of those territories, using plenty of fancy special powers. The first player to conquer two territories will gain control over the Voxels and win the game.

Here's a presentation video. It's in Spanish, and it's about the Spanish version, but they show the components and art pretty nicely. Don't worry, the game has also a full English version:

There's one in the logo.

I tried not to use the word "pixel" in the title to differentiate this game from "Pixel Tactics", a game with a similar theme.

I needed something to make the characters fight for and I came up with voxels. In a pixellated 2D world, a voxel would be a hyperdimensional magical artifact, equivalent to a tesseract in our 3D world.
