In Tundras, I'm guessing that non-native flyers ignore being slowed when they move through a drift hex. Got that right? they will lose a movement if they land in a drift hex, correct?

They are not slowed as they go over them, but are slowed when landing in them. You've got it right. Now get those happy boys to their work!
