After dozens of emails, we have unraveled the mystery of getting Phantom Leader Deluxe to the EU! If you pledge, you will not be charged VAT or import fees. We are bulk shipping the games into Germany, and from there they will be shipped throughout the EU! This has allowed us to reduce the EU Shipping price all the way down to $35.
