Gotta admit, everytime anyone talks about Steve Avery, all I can think of is

MILCH UND GERKIN is still under development. It will have a groundbreaking combination of worker placement, role selection, card drafting, deck building, and tile placement.

The game is oozing and dripping with theme so far. It feels JUST LIKE how it must have felt to sell pickles at the Bayern Picklemarket. The speculation for milk is modeled on actual Dutch historical documents.

I think it will be amazing, I'm looking at an Essen '09 release where it will rock (ever so gently, as is the Euro way) the world.

I'm in Irvine, not LA! There really isn't anything to do here. I'm trying to play DEATHMAZE solitaire between playtesting sessions for MILCH UND GERKIN.

"It’s a stock market game that replicates the bubble market that was in 1763 regarding the price of pickles that almost destroyed the dutch economy."

Its OVERWHELMING

BITE-SIZED REVIEW OF MILCH UND GERKEN:

A tedious exercise in manufacturing "fun." Never before has balancing Bavarian vinegar futures and sheep's milk cheesemaking been less interesting than in this tired entry from Michael "Yet Another Theme" Barnes.

You're better off with his earlier efforts: Hey That's My Balsa Wood or Space Future: Yahtzee In Space And Also The Future.

I do not think the hobby is ready enough for M&P. The ERP is an ongoing attempt to covertly prepare the way, so to speak.

I have already sourced the 500 finely detailed pickle miniatures and development is already underway on the expansion, More Milch und Gherkin. I am also in negotiation to reprint Tonga Bonga, rethemed to the M&U universe.

Lots of movement- stay tuned for Nuremburg!

We’re excited to announce that Fantasy Flight Gains will release Milch & Gurken in the first quarter of 2016 and we are now accepting pre-orders.

The game is set within the ever-popular Terrinoth universe. Send beastman on daring raids or have Terrinoth Heroes meet at the Korova and play the milch chugger mini game to see who is still standing at the end of the night.

Above all, don't upset the dragon.

We will be releasing milch & Gurken lieutenants in mini-packs with side orders, including the Sriracha-flavored pickle.
