Then maybe he's just a fool for doing so . . . nah, I'll stick with Fun Murderer!

That'll teach you to use the T-word!
" Now I'm permanently banned."
And for breaking Commandment #666: Thou shalt not speak ill of the TOSlords anywhere, ever.

No.
There's a geeklist (used to be #1 the last few days) on BGG which served as platform for masses of fanbois to pounce on the few people who registered "1" ratings and comments for the top 20 games. One of my comments was also picked out; so I logged in with one of my alts to defend myself and thusly I was perma-banned. I really don't care, except that I currently can't even access my own data (mails, collection, etc.) which is a bit annoying and probably also a breach of my privacy rights (since they now store personal data, e.g. place of residence, against my will). I think I'm the first *Geek of the Week* to be permanently suspended. (There were a few who deleted their accounts.)
I'm grateful I never donated to that site.

Words fail me. Some people are terminally sad.

Make that "Many people are..."

I think that's where TOS becomes unnecessarily vindictive. It's also the reason I asked them to delete and remove everything; if I cannot access stuff that I created on that website then they should not expect to benefit from it. (That, and because someone edited my profile.)
