F:AT Loaner Club was created by KingPut
F:AT Loaner Club was an idea that came from Repoman's excellent review of Hunters. The basic idea is there's a lot of good solo and coop games out there that we'd all like to try but we don't necessarily want to pay $40 for a game you might only a few times. So we're going to set up the F:AT Loaner Club.

F:AT Loaner Club
The first rule of F:AT Loaner Club is: you do not talk about F:AT Loaner Club.
The second rule of F:AT Loaner Club is: you DO NOT talk about F:AT Loaner Club!
The third rule of F:AT Loaner Club is: that you need to be a member of F:AT in good standing (that will rule out almost everyone) so you have to have an Avatar and have posted at least 50 times.
The forth rule of F:AT Loaner Club: you have to post games you're willing to loan out to people before you get to borrow another guys games.
The fifth rule: borrower pays shipping both directions
The sixth rule: PM or post if you want to borrow somebodies games. Arrange shipping and payment.
The seventh and final rule of F:AT Loaner Club: is don't be dick and take good care of peoples games.

Suggestion: Games should be solo games, games that can be played solo or maybe with 1-3 people. So no need to post that you're willing to loan out Ti3. The theory about this is we want games you know you'll be able to receive and play few times in about a month. That's why the focus is solo and coop games rather than big bad Ameritrash games. A game like Ti3 may take a month just to schedule with your friends.

Any suggestions? Post your list anytime.

My games I'm willing lend out to F:AT Loaner Club

1. Reiner Knizia's Lord of the Ring with Friend and Foe expansion - One of Barnes favorites
2. Lord of the Ring: Card Game with both Hobbit Expansions - Prepare to get your ass kicked
3. Labyrith: War on Terror 2001 - ?? - 2 player game that can be played solo
4. Runebound 2nd edition

In September I'll add:
5. Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game with the Guardian of the Galaxy expansion

I'll do

1. Friday - fast-playing solo deck-builder. a favorite of the BGG soloists as it's quick and challenging
2. Hero of Weehawken - As Lincoln, attempt to find and then convict Burr before he overthrows the United States. But you better figure out his plot first because if he's just settling down in a farm your presidency will be impugned. A fine non-States of Siege offering from VPG.

Will add more later.
