Quick, tell me some pen and paper party games! was created by Erik Twice
I'm leaving for Holland tomorrow and I need an excuse to play games! I'm thinking of noting down some quick rules and plagiarize What were you thinking? because it seems like a blast. Any other ideas?

Not a game, per se, but I've had a lot of fun with something called "What if?"
Give everyone a small piece of paper or index card, and everyone writes a "what if" question, then pass the papers in some way and have everyone write an answer on the back to the question they received. Then, have someone read a question and the person *next* to them read their answer, and so forth. It doesn't always work, but a lot of times you get some silly and absurd combinations. There are diminishing returns the more you play it, though, so I would move on to something else after 2-3 rounds.
