Has anyone been following this?
Ouya, an open Android-based console for $99. I'm curious to see if big-time developers will actually develop for this, or if it will stay mostly the independent crowd. At the very least, I hope it ends up what I wish AppleTV was, i.e. an entertainment box that has fully supported apps for all sorts of steaming content online, as well being able to stream a wide range of file types from mmy computer.
They started their Kickstarter drive today with a goal of $950,000. In less than a day, they've made over $1.8 million.
