It's not often that I get to sit in a place of moral superiority to pretty much anyone. But today, I get to. So hear me out.

We spend inordinate amounts of money on games, junk food, TV, and other things that are luxuries. This guy, Michael Yon, is one of the few honest guys left that are in the media. No bias, just the facts. He needs some money to continue his great work.

Even if it's a buck, give him a buck. If this guy is worth less than a copy of Miskatonic School For Girls or even a cup of Starbucks, this world is screwed up in such a profound way that I can't even begin to comprehend.
