Black Friday Weekend Thread

I am into these wednesday sales. leaves the whole long weekend for the important stuff, family, food, and gaming.

The usual TOS nerd rage flares up again over there. In one thread, people bitch about the sale starting before Black Friday and the fact that obvious loss leaders ( Netrunner at 50% off ) ran out because they didn't know the sale would be before Black Friday. In another, people are trashing Cool Stuff because their sale was not nearly as good as Miniatures Market and demanding to have better stuff on sale or else they'll walk their business elsewhere.

I am thankful today nobody I game with is that fucking irritating. Another classic case of the customer NOT always being right.

If I see another Black Friday sale advery I'm going to burn a copy of Robinson Crusoe in protest.

That said, Warsenal is having a free shipping deal for Cyber Monday. If you don't know Warsenal, you should.

Wal-Mart has the Nintendo 2DS on sale for $99. Seriously tempted. I loved the DS. And it's got Fire Emblem, which I fell in love with on the GBA.

I just got Battle of the Bulge for 50% off in the iTunes store - $4.99. It's probably too wargamey for me but who knows, maybe it'll be my gateway into becoming a grognard since I won't have to play with real grognards.

Pandemic is also half off but I already have it. This is an awesome port to iOS that has already kicked my butt several times. I like the new roles.

This Amazon deal for the Vita Bundle is pretty sick. I am happy with my Best Buy purchase, but this is probably better.

They have a sale on PS+ that cost me $20 because I bought PS+ two days ago. Oh Chanukah, your earliness has cost me.

Get on that DS, metalface. ZELDA is as pure a game as I have played this year.

Vita is a great idea now that the PS4 can stream to it. That would be very useful in my house while my wife watches whatever TV shows she's interested in.
