I have a lot of podcast time, so much that I listen to Jim Cornettes left wing soapbox cast, but I see your point. I don't think colt has to worry, he is so established as the guy in podcasting. The thing I like about Austin is he's almost an old timer. He'll say things like "I remember I first met you in 1991 and you was driving a piece of shit green ford fiesta with a bad tail light", somehow he has an incredible memory for cars. His guest are also more "expected" where colt finds fantastic guests you don't really expect like lanny poffo or Chris hamrick. Don't get me wrong, I love colt and what he does so much, but Austin has impressed me because he could just milk being Austin, but his shows are great too.

You're right, I forgot to mention that it's officially over. The "old" episodes are definitely still worth listening to though (for those into light wargames). That was a great podcast.

I cannot tolerate board game podcasts so let's just get that our of the way. I find that comedians are about the only ones sufficiently talented at pointless chatter to keep my interest so as a result I like:

WTF

Norm Macdonald Live, great show that only has like 12 episodes or something but they're all great, especially the Kevin Nealon one and the joke section at the end of each one is occasionally brilliant.

Bill Burr's Monday morning podcast, occasionally

Never Not Funny with Jimmy Pardo

Come to Papa

The Todd Glass Show

Occasionally I'll listen to a music podcast but I just search by guest and listen to whoever the host is by de-fault.
