I play about once a month with my family for about 90 minutes. Usually a card game with my son or some light family fare. Don't ask me how much time I spend on this site.
I probably do some kind of hobby junk an hour or two a day. This includes writing/review stuff, painting, modeling, trying to squeeze stuff onto shelves, playing games with my kids.
Weekly, maybe 2-3 hours with either the Hellfire Club or whoever I invite to come over for an evening of Gaming By Michael.
I've got a weird schedule, rotating shifts and all that, so sometimes its zero, sometimes its 12 plus. I've got a game night on Tuesdays I make maybe once a month, and then we usually try to have 1 Saturday game day for 4-5 hrs. and my daughter has gotten into legendary, so once a week or so we'll play a game after dinner.
I'm always interested in how the way that people game (esp. number of players) alters how people think about games. Almost all my play is 2p of a sort, often playing the same games since my gaming partners don't like learning new games. I used to lament this since I don't get to play much DOAM or cool multiplayer economy games or euros but I've turned around quite a bit on it.... I'd really miss it if I did the kind of game night flavor of the month gaming some of you all do more.
This summer has been almost zero. A couple all-day Talisman affairs, a few gaming nights here and there, but nothing that would make figuring out a weekly average worthwhile. Last winter we probably gamed 6-10 hours a week. Probably won't hit that stride again because we've been moving more towards RPGs in our rare free time this year. Lone Wolf Adventure Game has been seeing some time, and I have a handful of other games I'm usually excited to run like DCC. I'm hoping we can get back to around 5 hours a week of boardgaming, but now that we have house projects to do I'm not sure what will happen.
