I just bought a non-blu ray copy of Mad Max: Fury Road for $5.00 at Walmart.
The following day, after I had finished grading a big stack of papers and taken 3 micro grams of melatonin, I slept and woke up refreshed, and my desire for most of the crap I had been talking about was almost completely gone. So I think anxiety has something to do with it.

The days of alluring Black Friday Deals could be dead. Very few online Black Friday deals tempted me enough to make a purchase. I did add a few items to my cart on various sites, but, ultimately decided to forego purchases.
I traveled to the Five-and-Below junk store--it's clearly designed to corner the teenage girl market, especially those teenage girls who like to wear glitter and lip gloss. While there I purchased two copies of MtG: Arena of the Planeswalkers and a pair of Bluetooth earphones--all five bucks. I like this dead MtG game and purchased a second copy (and another for ?) so we could fight the same colors against each other. I also intend to use the terrain and bits from MtG and Heroscape to play Frostgrave.
I found a few deals on eBay, however, because folks are dumping Blood Bowl (2016) to purchase the latest new Games Workshop baubles, such as Shadespire and Necromunda. I found good deals on Blood Bowl's Deathzone: Season 2 rule set for $19 shipped, and, I also found an assembled and primed set of the latest Blood Bowl Dwarves with GW Dwarf Dice for less than new shipped.
The only other purchases that I have planned in the board game world are to pick up a Blood Bowl ogre or two, a troll, star players, the new upcoming elf box set, and, perhaps, the goblins set. Yet, aftermarket Blood Bowl teams look better and I might get some vampires.

Black Friday in general seemed pretty anemic this year compared to previous years.
