Magic - Cube draft question for 6 players was created by Black Barney
D-stout and other Magic enthusiasts, this Saturday I'm going my first ever 6-player Cube draft using this great pauper cube that dragonstaut built me.
What are the drafting rules for 6? How many cards per pack? How many packs?
What about if we wanted to do a booster draft as well? How many boosters each? 3? more?
Then we do a 5-round round-robin for each?
helf!

15 cards per pack is fine. for a booster draft you'll need 3 packs per player.
you should try a 3v3 team draft. it provides a nice investment in other games.

Everything Bull said. You don't really need to change anything for 6; you get less high-powered decks than you would in an 8-man draft, but other than that, no diff. And as Bull said, 3v3 draft is very popular when you have 6.

One of the things I miss most about the mtg grinding scene is rolling into some town hosting a tournament with your teammates and team drafting for cash in hotel bars.

..and the same question I always ask again and again and never remember the answer:
I should be aiming at 16-18 land, right?
and let's see if I remember BREAD
Bombs (like fireball or anything that can win if left unanswered)
Removal (bolts, terrors, etc)
Evasion (flying, intimidate, unblock able, protection)
A….um…what the hell was A again? Advantage? I can't recall...
D….ah dammit. I can't remember this one either.

generally 17 lands is where you want to be. 18 lands if you have a lot of 5+ costs. don't go below 16 unless your curve is REALLY low or you have non-land mana production in your deck. generally use a 2 to 1 ratio rounded down when replacing lands, and don't ever go below 15.
bombs, removal, evasion, aggressive creatures, dregs.
here's a good article on draft basics:

good luck, let us know how it goes!
edit: going to 18 is not too risky, going to 16 is much more dangerous.
