Very good point; all those cards with draft powers will be worth pennies, which should make building a Cube from it more appealing. The chase rares are going to be through the roof $$-wise, though.
I might go for a box of this on the assumption that a bunch of it will be legit good for Cube-draft followed by 1v1 games and that I can sell the chase rares for the chase commons and uncommons I need to finish up a real Cube. That's ~$100 out of pocket, but that's in the realm of real pauperish cubes regardless.
This has little appeal to me: "The Magic: The Gathering–Conspiracy set is designed to be drafted with six to eight players who then split into groups of three or four players for free-for-all multiplayer games."

I doubt the cube market will have many chase rares, the EDH crowd will effect prices more but since they only need 1/deck even hardcore edh players will only want 1-4 of a cars (unless sol ring 2 gets printed), I'd bet any card that gets over $10-12 is going to be playable in a typical tournament format and -probably- wouldn't be a super hot cube card.
