Decided to do this, I'll some of you ladies and gents there.

Keep an eye open for the wargames meet-up geeklist, it should be up in September. Most of my games were lined up months in advance and it works really well if you're going to play wargames. I'm pretty sure you would be able to play HIS for at least half of the convention if you wanted to, there were several games going at once last year it was played every day, and Virgin Queen is sure to be a hot game if it's published by November.

Will do, thanks for the advice. Virgin Queen is planned for April, so it should be out, I'm on board.

Any of you F:ATties got a big wargame planned?

I don't have a big wargame planned yet but if It Never Snows is published before then I'll definitely be playing. I'll be playing the shit out of Band of Brothers and I really want to do some f2f AH Firepower. I like tactical games. bulwyf and I usually play something while we're talking shit, we played Breakout Normandy last year and he taught me Up Front.

Sweet. I'd love to try Band of Brothers, I have a copy of Up Front but have never played it.

We'll play a game dude. Like I said it's best to nail your wargames down ahead of time and we could set up a game when the geeklist goes up in a few months. There were 2 guys teaching Up Front last year, if you've got the itch to play you won't have a problem finding a teacher.
