That's a terrible offer. Civilization is (possibly) obsolete, (probably) too long, and (supposedly) it's era has passed.

I have several Kickstarter titles for trade, which are or have recently been en vogue, and yet don't come with production delays or supplier issues or apologies for messing up the shipments to some backers. They also come with rules written in first-time-game-designer-ese, which is comparable yet favorable to Avalon-Hill-ese.
