Ain’t playin’, ain’t staying’.

Base game
Mountains of Madness Deluxe Expansion
Strange Remnants
Forsaken Lore

It’s about $140 at MM- all yours for $100 shipped anywhere in the US.

May be willing to trade for something?

I might be interested. How would you feel about a kickstarter Incursion?

Largely uninterested.

I suppose what I’m really after is:

Spirit Island
Techno Bowl
7th Continent
Aeon’s End
Maybe some Arkham Horror LCG stuff, want to try it out.

The only one of those I own is Techno Bowl, and I'm definitely keeping it. While this is very tempting, I will have to pass. I do have Fallout and Relic for my adventuring needs. And I have 2 games I'm selling on ebay right now; I am trying to have less games, not more.

I think you'd love Techno Bowl Barnes, as long as you came at it from the angle knowing it's not a simple game like Battleball and more of a miniatures game board game that's all inclusive.

For those following this: Eldritch Horror is in the top 5 games of all time for me. Arguably the best adventure game ever made.

I’d consider that but I think you have way more than what I have. Come on somebody...three way trade or something?

I still have the taco holders from Secret Satan. Those are easily worth more than the EH or Walking Dead lot, but I would be willing to take a loss in value to you all.

I’d also like to add that I think Pete Ruth II is the foremost game critic of our time.

I'm potentially interested, but let's have some straight talk.

If I already own all of Arkham Horror what does Eldritch Horror do differently or better? Is it at all justified to have both?

I kind of blew the game off when it came out because I wasn't sure of the differences.

It's reasonable to have both Arkham and Eldritch, because they are different games with a different focus. Arkham puts the narrative focus on the characters, while the focus in Eldritch is on the Great Old One's story. Eldritch is a streamlined version of Arkham, but takes away some of your choices. For example, in Arkham, you know that if you go to the Newspaper, there is a good chance that you will get an encounter where you receive clue tokens or money. In Eldritch Horror, you can go to San Francisco, but your encounter might involve Chinatown or going to a party at a mansion or whatever, and there is no real way to prepare yourself. Part of the fun in Eldritch is losing a character and then sending somebody to investigate that death. One unfortunate aspect of both games is the potential to lose a turn, which is a game mechanic that most modern designers avoid because it isn't fun. From what I have heard, losing a turn is a somewhat more common occurrence in Eldritch.
