It's yours. Played a rule wrong all the way to the end (my fault) and hated that I wasted so much time. Swept it into the box cursing. I'm being completely irrational, I know.

I’ve done almost the same thing. Got a review copy and played it wrong, realized it mid 3rd game. Never wrote about it.

The game is fine. Mine was a stupid mistake. I made the game impossible by using the wrong paradox value every end of the turn and didn't realize it for The_Whole_Game. By the time I did, everyone's energy was sapped and we played rummy.
