Through the ages is the better game but Stone Age is better at being a Euro game and gets more table time because there are plenty of games that do what Through the Ages does in a more AT way that our group prefers. So I never play Through the Ages and it just sits there but Stone Age comes out when Grandma is visiting.

I don't get super-excited about any of them, but most of them are ok or even quite good. Other great Eurogames: Settlers, Chinatown and Traders of Genoa.

I have only played twice or so, but PoF is kind of ok. No interaction, but ok.

Railroad Tycoon is ok, but I don't get the fascination with train games. And Power Grid is alright.

Wow, this is a pile of awful. I am going to vote for CAYLUS because at least KingPut likes it. It must have something going on. 7 Wonders is another game (like Dominion) which works as a tech demo more than an actual executed game.

I dislike Through the Ages because I just can't get around the way bookkeeping is handled with all the mini chips. This game is literally a dyslexic's nightmare; I just spend the entire time playing thinking I'll screw it all up and either look like an idiot or look like I'm cheating. In concept, I don't mind the game, and it's ok online. But Vlaada can go to hell for this one.

I'm proud to say that I don't own any of those games. On top of that the only one that I've actually played is Dominion (which I could care less if I ever played it again).

I have nothing against Euros, but the ones at the top of the list on BGG do nothing for me. The only ones from that list that I've even thought about trying were El Grande and Agricola.
