Bugs: Recent Topics Paging, Uploading Images & Preview (11 Dec 2020)

Recent Topics paging, uploading images and preview bugs require a patch which has not yet been released.

× WELCOME TO TRASHDOME!

This is part of a series of bloody matches to the death. Show support for your favorite game so it will do better in the fight. You can support it by writing why you think its the better game and more importantly by betting (i.e. voting for) it. Please make it clear for when I check the bets later. You have until Friday when I tally the bets and declare the winner. I will reserve my bet for any tie-breakers.

Although you should be familiar with both games, there is no rule that says you have to have played both of them. The only rule in Trashdome is this;

Two games enter! One game leaves!

Trashdome is coming back next week

The Super Bowl's over and I'm over celabrating the Baltimore Raven's great Super Bowl run so it's time for some Trashdome. TZ86 Fatmailed me yesterday and suggested we do a Trashdome for Deckbuilding games. I thought that was a great idea so we'll start with Deckbuilding games on Monday, Feb 11.

Here's a few other ideas for Trashdome. Please add in other suggestions.

Deck building games - 2 players - Dominion, Ascension, Puzzle Strike, etc.
Deck building for 3 or more players - Dominion, Puzzle Strike, etc.
Collectible Card Games (CCG) - Magic, etc.
Living Card Games - Game of Thrones, Star Wars, etc
Adventure/Dungeon board games - Mage Knight, Descent, Runebound
Hybrid games - Imperial, Eclipse, etc.
Co-op games
Solo games

Any other suggestions?

TI3 killers. Isn't that an actual genre now?

2 player light war games (this would be mostly made up of block and CDGs and could be split in to separate cartegories).

Civilisation games

Phil Eklund vs Martin Wallace, duel of the AT semi acceptable Euros

I think you have illustrated the problem with this category in that you can't even name the etc.

LCG's would be cool, it would be nice to see if anyone champions something that isn't Netrunner or Star Wars.

Classic Megafauna vs Bios Megafauna. I haven't played the latter but my classic brethren tell me it's not worth bothering. Of course the problem with this category is only three people would vote.

Multiplayer wargames that aren't Here I Stand or Virgin Queen.
