Where to Make Custom Arkham Horror Stuff?

As a surprise gift for my Arkham Horror loving girlfriend, I made a character of her along with some cards and a character marker for her using Strange Eons (which is a jaw droppingly awesome program).

Now I'd like to print this stuff up at a nice quality--I have suitable files exported from strange eons. What would be the best way to make a reasonably nice version of the following, preferably with me uploading the information and then getting it made and sent to me. Will Artscow do this? What should I do?

A 2 sided Character sheet
2 Sided ally and common item cards
A character marker standup

So the sheet is a two sided light cardboard/cardstock sheet. The cards are obviously just regular FFG sized mini 2 sided cardstock. Finally, the standup is a thick cardboard token sheet. Seems like the token sheet is the hardest part, but I can compromise on the thickness of that. That and the mini card sizes...

Anyway, where/how should I do this? Has anyone done this before? I could try it myself but I'd rather not. My do it yourself skills fucking suck and everything ends up looking horribly shitty.

Light bump. I feel like someone here has had to have made custom AH stuff and has some advice...

I've only made a few custom characters and a couple of custom guardians, and I was satisfied with just printing them on full sheet label paper and sticking that to thin cardboard sheets.

ArtsCow should be able to do the regular-size cards no problem, but I believe their minimum order size is going to be a deck of cards. I don't know if they do the smaller size cards now, but they didn't when I first looked into them a couple of years ago. The two-sided character sheet seems like something that Kinko's might do for you. You can order generic plastic stands from Steve Jackson games, though they will look somewhat different from the either the original or the expansion stands that come with Arkham Horror. For the small cards... there were a few cards from the base game (Flesh Ward and something else) that were replaced in one of the expansions due to important text changes. You might use those, plus label paper to do your common item cards.

This seems like it would be essential to play the game...

Hmmmm, you're right. Print size is going to make it impossible to do this very nicely. I'll have to do it myself.

I'm pretty pissed, but I threw out my extra cards. I'll have to try to track down some mini sized cards and do the label thing.

I think I'll take one of my standups from Warhammer RPG for one of the ugly/bad art characters and use the label paper for it. As you said, character sheet should be easy. Main thing is cards. I'll look and see if any of my FFG games with small cards have any extras.

I might be mis-remembering, but it seems like I've seen a few FFG small cards with advertising on them, either in AH expansions or maybe BSG.

Just checked my games, because I remember seeing some promos too. Only promos I have are in Cosmic Encounter, and those are regular sized cards. Suck.

Do you need a new stand? It's not like you play with all the characters at once.

No, I'm fine with stands.
