I just got my first order in like... a year or some shit.
Mage Knight - I was scared I wouldn't like it but it's gooood. City figs are complete crap and useless waste of plastic though. WTF is it with Wizkids and the stupid Clix?
C&C Ancients - Just wanted to try something in the C&C line. Only 340 stickers to go!
Combat Commander: Europe
LotR: Khazad Dum + 3 packs
Thunderstone: Heart of Doom - bad printing that looks terrible + missing replacement cards.
+Overpriced card sleeves and deck boxes
C&C:A is a great little game: I've not played it nearly as much as I would like, but I've
always had fun with it. It's definitely the best iteration of the C&C series IMO, the one where the system and the theme match most perfectly.
And CC:E is the business. I've been playing this regularly since early 2007, and it just
doesn't get old. The cardplay and other aspects of the game mean that it isn't for everyone, but I love it. If you like it enough to want to pick up any expansions, CC:M is a logical place to start because it completes the basic set. If you go that far, I would recommend
Combat Commander: Resistance next, because the Partisan rules add more to the core system than anything since day 1. If you just wanted to expand on CC:E, most of the Battlepacks can be played using just CC:E (the soon-to-be reprinted
Paratroopers pack especially, because CC:E was all that was out when that was first printed).
