Talk abut Movies & TV here. Just tell us what you have been watching. Have hyper-academic discussions on visual semiotics. Whatever, it's all good.

The Overlook's Impossible Architecture from Kubrick's The Shining was created by Million Dollar Mimring
I watched this video last night and thought it was pretty amazing. It reminded me of when I created a D&D dungeon map for a campaign...except mine was unintentional.

Cant view this til I get home, but it did remind me of something brought up here a while back (by Skeletor?) about The Shining as a confession that Kubrick filmed the moon landing for the US government.
I cant find/access the direct link, but here's a take on it: news.discovery.com/space/faked-moon-land...cks-the-shining.html
Crazy! Reminded me of my college days interpreting poetry. Sometimes, if you try hard enough, you can see any message in anything. Kinda like Jesus in toast!

Very cool, all of this had to be intentional. Kubrick was super detail oriented.

Sky, that was me. I will try to find the link for the moonlanding (among other thing) -- another popular interpretation is that it has to do with "White Man's Burden"....maybe more plausible, but who knows.
