Bugs: Recent Topics Paging, Uploading Images & Preview (11 Dec 2020)

Recent Topics paging, uploading images and preview bugs require a patch which has not yet been released.

× Talk abut Movies & TV here. Just tell us what you have been watching. Have hyper-academic discussions on visual semiotics. Whatever, it's all good.

Can you still love the George?

That article was bullocks. The kind of hip revisionist counter-critical puff piece that drives me nuts. What it reminded me of for some reason :

I never thought of the article as either counter critcism, or hipster or even as an attempt to defend the prequels. The prequels and discussion around them is so utterly boring to me I must have missed it and saw what I wanted to see. Which was a piece on creation vs. writing and how we look at inventors as opposed to those who execute other peoples ideas. A topic that should be free of cliche prequel bashing or defending - tired old horses killed by legions of internet nerds thousands of times already. I do recall them saying the prequels were a nobel failure, I'm not sure that's what I would call a defence though.

The one I read on creation was much better. But I do read what I want to read and purposely skip things I don't find interesting.

The Force Awakens.
Fuck you George Lucas, you fucked up your own shit, you turned to the dark side and ended up hating your own creation. Well fuck you, because now theres even more reasons to never ever let anyone see those shit bollocks prequels ever again.
