Bugs: Recent Topics Paging, Uploading Images & Preview (11 Dec 2020)
Recent Topics paging, uploading images and preview bugs require a patch which has not yet been released.
Top 5 Films of 2015
5) Paddington
4) Turbo Kid
3) Ant-Man (this was a surprise)
2) Fury Road
1) Fury Road
(Guess I didn't see that many new flicks this year...couldn't even think of 5 distinct films)

But I did see Paddington and Ex Machina and they were both great films. I have a hard time imagining enjoying a film more than Ex Machina this year but I guess it's possible. Paddington was just a pleasant surprise. My first teddy bear as a child was a Paddington bear and I had the books too so besides hitting some nice nostalgia notes for me it turned out to be a surprisingly good film on it's own merits too.

2. Inside Out
3. Amy
4. Room
5. Shaun the Sheep
Star Wars is fighting for that 5th spot... it's still too early for me to know for sure. I doubt either will keep the 5th spot but we'll see...

a. Fury Road
b. Ex Machina
c. Spotlight
d. Inside Out
e. SW: Force Awakens
There are still a LOT I need to see, so I expect the last two could be replaced (probably by Carol and Anomalisa).

3) The Martian
4) Anomalisa
5) The Hateful Eight

Ant Man
Tomorrowland
I saw Automata this year, and I think it was one of the best films I've seen (made Robbie/Herbie or whatever seem sickly and sad in comparison). The Martian was OK. Not exceptional, but a good film.

Mad Max: Fury Road
Tomorrowland
Jurassic World
San Andreas
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Obviously Star Wars will move up once it hits video. Age of Ultron will probably overtake San Andreas in the long run.

Mortdecai
Antman
Avengers Age of Ultron (I liked it)
Jurassic World

You should email the people that made that movie to let them know that they made onto at least one best-of list.

Shit, man, I forgot I still need to check that one out. Kind of surprised you like it, though that's also reassuring.
