I think Miles Teller is the best actor of that bunch so I'd be interested to see if he has the range for this. He could be SUPER cool in that role.

But I'm surprised Anthony Ingruber isn't in consideration, as he recently played a young Harrison Ford in Age of Adeline. I haven't seen that film yet, but there have been many comments about how he really fit Ford to a T, in both look and sound. Heck, look at this picture...

(Ack, how do you link a picture here?? Clicking the picture icon and adding the URL doesn't seem to actually work.)
Of course, a lookalike/soundalike isn't as important as someone who is a great actor and can carry the weight of that role well. In which case, Teller or Elgort might be better.

I'm hoping you're right about that.

Armie Hammer, but he might come off a tad older than required.
or
Dave Franco(But man I would have loved him to take over for 007...he's a dead ringer for a young Sean Connery)
or
Aaron Taylor-Johnson
Scott Eastwood looks too much like his dad, and would be weird seeing a young Clint Eastwood as Han.
I still think Dave Franco has the best personality for it.

I like Miles Teller, and I think he could pull it off....Just sometimes he comes off as a goober. But I'm not against it.

He did a whole series of YouTube videos with Harrison Ford impressions, and that led to his casting in Age of Adeline. Watching that, yeah, he's got the look and sound and some mannerisms, but I feel like it's too much of an "impression." It's one thing to cop another person, but better to be your own thing within the spirit of the character. I wouldn't say that River Phoenix was a lookalike/soundalike for what might be a kid version of Indiana Jones, but he was an excellent actor and made that work.

Ansel Elgort is a little too iCarly for my taste, and the majority of that shortlist looks like a bunch of models turned actors. Scott Eastwood is the only one that looks rough enough to be Han so based on my 3 min. of internet research he'd be my pick.
As Hex said, however, this movie is a dumb idea. Han had the perfect introduction in Star Wars with enough hints of a backstory to make him seem cool and intriguing. I don't need to see a young Boba Fett, a partially-constructed C3PO or a 22 year-old Han Solo's first meeting with Chewbacca.
