They're well worth watching again, I did about a month and a half ago. Temple of Doom is fascinating, racist as fuck, and cruel.

I saw Temple of Doom in the theater with a friend who was studying physics at Purdue University at the time. He flipped out and started shouting at the screen when they survived falling out of the airplane in an inflatable life raft.

What about that part where God melted that dude's face, did he find that more plausible?

Yes because that was magic/religion, instead of science.

Sometime around 2003, I saw Ford on the Letterman Show. Ford talked about his first experience shopping in one of those huge Sam's Club/Costco-type stores, with his girlfriend Calista Flockhart. She sent him to pick up diapers for her adopted son, and he wandered around lost until a teenage boy who worked there offered to help him. He didn't recognize Ford, and when Ford asked for diapers, the kid took him to the aisle with the adult diapers. Ford and Letterman laughed then, but now it's 13 years later.
