This explains my number of daily visits have dropped like a rock these days.
I'm more and more surprised at how fast I can write lately. I used to suffer like hell to write Flashback, which comes twice each month, but now I don't need to struggle so much and I have found myself writing something else in the meantime, making me consider a weekly update schedule for my blog, which seems a fun thing to do.
After asking some friends of mine about their thoughts I also noticed that I was getting a lot of empty answers in the form of "It's cool, but it's not my thing", which I knew was a problem but I didn't know which one it is. After enquiring and pondering about it a bit I found that most people found the articles too inaccesible, with too many name drops and too many obscure topics compared to the easy ones. And they were right, I looked to my "future articles list" and saw way too many games in the vein of Age of Renaissance and 18XX, which are nice to have but not in such big numbers.
I also realized that no matter the genre you cover, people like opinion and game design articles as long as they can understand them. Should know, it's the main thing I like about this site.

Thanks! That looks like a very good reason.
