You could do worse than The new Pirates of the Spanish Main Card Game . It's a row of nine ships, each with a captain. Each player has a role card that basically tells them which captains they need to succeed. You play move cards to manipulate the order of the ships or damage ships. "Adventure Cards" determine which undamaged ships get booty. Successfully accuse a player of being their correct captain and you get half the booty under their captian's ship.

There's only three actions on a turn: (1) Play movement card (2) Repair all ships {3} Accuse a player.

It's really light and simple not actually not terrible. A wee bit like the Saboteur games except nobody's really on your side.
