Need help with tablet apps.

OK. So I've never had a smart phone nor tablet, but my wife bought a cheap clearance Nook. I figured there was some good stuff you guys could point me toward for either myself or my 3 year old.

I did grab Neuroshima Hex and my daughter seems to enjoy the hundreds of variations of the "drag-and-click" games where you drag an item to a place on screen to move it along, bake a cake or play doctor or whatever.

What else should we look at? Doesn't have to be all game stuff either.

I've really enjoyed the turn-based Uniwar on multiple platforms. Also, I think Sagrilarus just posted about this.
