That is awesome and gave me about two hours of linguist nerd browsing and contemplating.

(The Hebrew is backwards though.)

yeah it came from a link via the BBC about a guy researching words very specific to different cultures that didn't have good translations into other languages, he started out being fascinated by the finnish word "sisu" relating to an inner fortitude in the face of adversity and went from there. In making such a long list in lots of different languages he definitely seems to have picked some words that are a bit questionable. Sisu is a word every finn would recognise, I didn't recognise most of the English ones and don't believe they are used in any sense as part of common dialogue or even written, probably only "Grok" and "Woke" were recognisable to me as words in use, and certainly "grok" does not fit the bill of a word not easily translatable to another language with the same intensity,
