Wow, straight from the horse's mouth! Very interesting read Matt.

"Desperation" listed as the (alleged) main reason for a Space Hulk reprint! That's awesome.

I just wanted to add: in his review, Matt mentions how the cardstock for the Silver Tower tiles is pretty flimsy - how is this compared to other recent GW games? Space Hulk had THICK tiles and so did WHQ back then.

Great article. I celebrated it by purchasing the new White Dwarf today.

For all the fury its actions generated among fans, now Games Workshop wants board gamers back. It's already released a slew of board game titles this year both old and new. And there are more in the pipe. Their current communications manager, Andy Smilie, reminded me that Blood Bowl and Titanicus have already been announced and there are more unrevealed designs in the pipe. "2017 is going to have people wishing they had more free time," he quipped.

I love the gaming future that this quote promises us.

thanks for this Matt

Like 95% of British nerds I have a love hate relationship with GW. I am curious about what they will turn out in the next few years, but haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet.
