From renowned game designer Richard Borg (Memoir ‘44, Battle Cry)! In the distant future, mankind will make a mysterious technological leap forward, across space to a planet dubbed the Abaddon. The desolate wasteland is rich with Feronium power crystals - a curious source of unimaginable energy. Possession of these crystals is the main cause of dispute between the Satellite City-States and the Commonwealth Alliance. Using giant bio-mech suits made from modified military vehicles and alien technology, these two sides fight a never-ending war for territorial control of the Abaddon!

Choose your allegiance and lead your army in non-stop excitement as you forge through unforgiving terrain, fight to overcome random and bizarre technological glitches, and battle your enemies in never-ending war.

  • 28" x 19" battlefield game board
  • 32 highly-detailed mech figurines
  • 18 free-standing landscape terrain features
  • Over 100 game-changing Wild Fire and Weapon System cards
  • Battle Dice

    This sounds pretty cool.

I don't remember any details, but I talked to Richard for a while about this at WBC and he got me really really excited about his ideas for it and what he was trying to do with it. Then he kept going to bed early so I was never able to get him on the mic and drunk so he'd spill the beans for the FATCast. Hopefully someone with money will get one I get to play with when it comes out.

Sounds good, but I see Toy Vault and I remember Godzilla Kaiju World Wars. They've got a lot to prove as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, but Toy Vault also did 51st State, which is on my list of Games I Would Replace If They All Burned Up In A Fire.

And it's Richard Borg. I'm not a huge fan of the C&C games, but he's got lots of other stuff that's pretty damned awesome. I'll give this a whirl, if I can get Toy Vault to send it to me.

After Godzilla Kaiju it will be a long long time until I buy another Toy Vault product.

Are there going to be Nav'i in this? And if not why not? Seems like Fox needs to keep Avatar in the limelight and this games looks like it could adapt easily.

All sorta kidding aside, this looks interesting. I love the C&C series and this looks like an evolution of it.

Jesse Dean gave it a shitty review on his blog. Said it was deep as a shallow puddle of piss, essentially.

Ken has a review copy, I'm told, so we shall see what the ol' boy says.
