Flying Frog Production Announces Four New Expansions at GAMA - Updated

Flying Frog unveiled expansions for Last Night on Earth, Touch of Evil and Conquest of Planet Earth today at the GAMA Trade show. We will be updating our New and Upcoming Board Game as soon as we have additional information.

Last Night on Earth: Timber Peak The biggest expansion yet for LNOE. It can be added to LNOE or played on its own! Some survivors from Woodinvale head into the mountains seeking refuge in the logging town of Timber Peak - but it is overrun too. Timber Peak is also expected to add a new type of zombie. Release Late Summer/Early Fall 2012.

A Touch of Evil: The Coast is expected to add 4 new Heroes and a full size game board to add to the main board. Release Summer 2012.

Conquest of Planet Earth: Apocalypse adds new boards and saucers to expand the game to 6 players. Features new alien races to play, including the Martian Confederation (the Martians from Invasion from Outer Space). Release Holiday 2012

A Touch of Evil: Hero Pack 2 release Fall 2012

I haven't even played all the expansion scenarios from the last Last Night on Earth expansion. But I know I'm going to be tempted to get Timber Peak.

LOL, and I haven't even really played Something Wicked, and I will still pick up The Coast. Accessible Arkham Lite still has a place in my collection (even though it is no substitute for the real deal.)

I hated a Touch of Evil. I traded it away ages ago. I also wasn't thrilled with Conquest of Planet Earth. I'm probably going to trade it away too.

I'm hoping the "new type of zombie" means it will be more fun to play as the Zombies in Last Night on Earth. Invasion from Outer Space improved playing the non-hero side so much that we hardly every play Last Night on Earth anymore

Lately I've been playing it only three player and doing Zombies vs Aliens vs Heroes. Though to be fair, we don't play it that often at all.

    It's described as 'standalone', i.e. it's a complete game.
After IFOS I'll be very cautious about buying direct; it might be cheaper to get a copy when it arrives over here and offer money in the forum just for the promo items.

Even though it is absurd for me to get it, I'll totally pick up Last Night on Earth: Timber Peak. I really like the system and it is fun to have new things to throw in the mix.
