Buried Gems of the Ameritrash Rehabilitation Movement
I made a geeklist on this very thing sometime last year.

I like Iron Dragon fine as a crayon rails game; it's my favorite one of the genre. But for me, crayon rails are just about the exact opposite of Ameritrash.

It's a weird game in that you take turns controlling monsters, but the treasure chest mechanism is fucking awesome. I really loved it, but I didn't use the special powers because I cannot CANNOT cannot stand all the memorization involved with any Clix game.
The "Dungeon Dressing" packs were out-fucking-standing and you can get them cheap. I still have a bunch of the stuff that I use to make Ravenloft dungeons with my Dwarven Forge stuff.

The treasure chests are phenomenal, and memories of those little things were what finally convinced me to drop my cash. They're thematic, fun, and the mechanism is brilliant. Too many dungeon-crawlers treat treasure as an afterthought - here it's given equal billing along with all the rad monsters.
I mention that about 70% of the stuff I bought was from the MKD Pyramid line, since it was 1) slightly cheaper on the whole than the OG set and 2) I never actually owned any of the Pyramid stuff in the day. And Egyptian themes are rad and underutilized.

This one is my personal grail game. This is the only game that I've been looking for that I can't even catch a sniff of.
Um, unless I'm reading something wrong, there's one for sale on the BGG marketplace for 49 Euro right now, ships worldwide.
Not any more. That was fast.
I browsed around and there are several new and used copies of Dinosaurier on amazon.de but none will ship outside of Europe. In case its anyone elses grail game where there's a will and a wallet there's a way.

please take the time to scroll through to where he turns on the LED lighting, and handily includes A FUCKING WIRING DIAGRAM you know, for when you knock up your own.
If I had the time, energy, skill, and patience, or just the money to pay someone to do it, it might have to be this, or some kind of 3D modelled Assault on Hoth.
To my eternal shame I had both Aliens AND Hoth at one time and sold both of them off well below the stupid amount of money they go for now.
