I don"t say fuck Phil - if the assets are frozen by court order (and shouldn't they be?) he may get what he is owed and that would be great. But if that that money under the law is not technically Valley's (and there is an option for a refund) he can't reasonably expect to get thse funds and it would be unreasonable to expect people to leave their money there since this reprint is never going tohappen. Unless you are hippies in this trying to get the Pentagon to levitate, there is no obligation to stay in, ya falla?
