Good fucking god, I guess my first edition is crap now.
The words "upgrade kit" are looming large in my imagination.
EDIT: allegedly all the changes are just for clarity and the game play is identical. I find it hard to believe a game could have FOUR HUNDRED pieces of trivial errata but there you go. Maybe that's what happens when you translate from Polish.
Was there really that much of a problem with clarity on the cards in the first edition, though? I don't remember running into any significant problems.

My guess would be that they decided to swap a word or two with an icon (or vice versa), which necessitated reprinting all the cards.MattDP wrote:

Agreed. Any problems I had were fixed by playing it through and using common sense, which is generally what I have to do with nearly every game.Gary Sax wrote: I hear you. While it was organized by someone with ADHD, I didn't have any problem with the notorious rulebook, either...

Hehe. There are at least two, maybe three copies of FoD floating around my usual group and I haven't bought a full-nerd eurogame for a while.

The GW/FFG thing doesn't really affect me too much, as I'm not really interested in most of those titles. But I did grab BBTM, just in case. It was via Amazon, so I also got Tiny Epic Galaxies to make the free shipping.
CSI had Pandemic: Legacy on sale for $35, so I grabbed a copy, which the group I played through with the first time may re-play. While there I also pre-ordered Terraforming Mars and Codenames: Pictures.
