yeah, every item should have an entry, even if blank (and thus, untradeable). If folks don't send them, we just add them in the confirmation TM.
I.e., If you send in
(San Il Defanso) 110: 024 068 069 133
(San Il Defanso) 111: 024 068 069 133 152 087 019
(San Il Defanso) 114: 024 068 069 133 152
We would send back in confirmation:
(San Il Defanso) 110: 024 068 069 133
(San Il Defanso) 111: 024 068 069 133 152 087 019
(San Il Defanso) 112:
(San Il Defanso) 113:
(San Il Defanso) 114: 024 068 069 133 152

Forget formatting for now. You can fix that later, and the runner will fix it for you anyway when you fuck it up.
I look at my games, and rank them in order of how much they are worth to me. Add in sentimental value, shelf-toadiness, chance at getting cool shit, painintheassness to ship, &c. I put them in tiers.
TALES OF THE ARABIAN NIGHTS
>
MARVEL HEROES
MERCHANT OF VENUS
>
REX
HAMMER OF THE SCOTS
BLACKBEARD
I look at what's in the MT and what I would take in trade for tier 1. First glance, no guarantees, it's:
Robinson Crusoe 061 and not much else.
So, my first entry is done:
(jeb) 130 : 061
Next tier, I would take Robinson Crusoe for, plus what else? Again, no guarantees, &c:
Mutant Chronicles 008
netrunner bundle 051
through the ages 067
fields of fire 075
dominion lot 125
mage expansions 145
Order matters here, so the most wanted ones go first:
067 125 051 145 008 075
